Adjust your radio station
Our frequency – or our vibration – can be easily adjusted, just like tuning into a different radio station.
It’s important to remember that when you’re tuned to a jazz station, that’s exactly what you’re going to get – jazz music – all day long.
Not opera, not rock ‘n roll, not the news – just jazz.
If you’re no longer enjoying listening to jazz – the results in your life – then consider that it’s time to adjust your radio station.
If you want different results, if you want to line up with higher frequency people and situations, then you need to be tuned to them.
There are many ways you can accomplish this, starting with simple things like being in nature, drinking structured water, eating high vibration food and sleeping well.
It’s super important to also be aware of your thoughts – and the conversations that are running non-stop in your mind. Are they low vibration thoughts like fear, stress and judgement? Or high vibration thoughts like love, peace and gratitude?
How you see the world – your beliefs – are also impacting your life consciously and subconsciously.
Be aware of your environment – the people and the space itself. You’re impacted by all of your surroundings and may want to make some changes. Everything can be calibrated – even the books you surround yourself with.
Of course, anything you can do to work with your energy like breath work, yoga, meditation would be amazing – and the absolute icing on the cake would be to work with an energy practitioner who can teach you how to work with your energy and continuously keep it high.
However you go about it, know that you are 100% responsible for whatever station you’re tuned into.
Which I personally love.
If we don’t like it, then we just need to take the actions to change our frequency and start creating the life we want.
It starts with the awareness of where you’re at – what you’re currently tuned to – and then the desire for what you really want.
In between the two “stations” is you taking the actions to get you there.
