Be where you're at

There’s no where else you’re supposed to be than where you are right now.

So be there.

Be where your feet are.

The past has already gone, the future may or may not come – but where you are right now, in this moment, is where the power is and it’s truly a gift.

Train your mind to be here, now.

Train your mind to be in this moment – and not to go down the rabbit hole of the past or the worries of the future.

Train your mind to keep your attention on your core – on your body – not “out there,” with your energy dispersed.
