Because of, not in spite of

What if you’ve evolved into the being you are today because of your upbringing, your parents, your childhood, your life experiences, etc – not in spite of them?

That’s a shift in perspective that is subtle, yet profound.

If I’m coming from the perspective of “in spite of” it has more of a “fuck you” feel to it – or like I’m shoving my win in someone’s face.

If I shift my perspective that it’s “because of” – despite any perceived hardships that were experienced – it feels more love based and constructive.

In other words, it’s coming from being grateful for those experiences – my upbringing, my childhood, my parents etc. – and is aligned with the belief that everything happens for you, not to you.

Again, it’s subtle, but the subtleties can matter.

Energetically they’re very different perspectives which will shift the way you see the world – which then shifts your life experience.
