Checking boxes
Sometimes I catch myself not fully present, not doing things with intent – just checking the boxes.
It feels almost like running on default or autopilot – going through the motions without conscious awareness.
It’s not a good feeling, it feels like I’m a “wandering generality.”
For me, it’s a clear sign that I’m not aligned and on purpose – and it’s time to revisit my goals and my why – it’s time to reset.
I would rather keep resetting than to continue heading in the “wrong” direction, meaning checking the boxes but not being fully present and aligned with why I’m here.
Think of it as just another time at bat and keep swinging.
Stop checking boxes and get back on purpose.
