Completing cycles

Having “incompletes” lingering around in the back of your mind is taking up valuable mental space and is like having a leak in your bucket – it’s not helpful and very inefficient.

Completing those projects or commitments can feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of your shoulders AND can spark more action and motivation since “success breeds success.”

I’m tackling some “incompletes” this week and so far it’s feeling really good; there’s a sense of satisfaction, it’s creating some momentum and it’s building my confidence.

What a waste of energy to “think” about things you need to do – just do them!
