Empty the mind

Sometimes my brain feels completely full to overflowing - like a sponge so saturated that it can no longer absorb anything else and just needs to be rung out.

Taking a beautiful hike along the river is my favourite way to empty my thinking mind.

Surrendering it all to Mother Earth.

Being present with the flowers, the trees, the birds and the river.

Enjoying the peace, the grounding and the solitude.

Taking long, slow, conscious breaths.

Releasing all that is not needed in this moment.

The energy in nature provides the perfect opportunity to surrender the mind.
