Find what works for you
Everyone is different. Every BODY is different. We each have different rhythms and motivations, different goals and dreams.
Some things work for some people that don’t work for others – and if you have more than one kid or fur baby, you know this all too well.
Scheduling and planning are no different.
I’ve been getting pretty frustrated with my progress and my lack of wins lately, so on Sunday when I was planning my week, I decided to make some significant tweaks to my schedule.
Although it’s too soon to share the exact process, what I do know is that even after only 2 days, I’m experiencing more joy, getting more done, enjoying the flow – and I’m not feeling overwhelmed.
Winning is fun.
I’ve set up my day for success and allowed room for flexibility and accommodated my rhythms and personality.
There’s definitely room for improvement and as I master what I’ve set up so far I can easily refine it and accomplishment even more.
All this while still being able to have fun and not make compromises to what matters most to me – my kids, my spirituality, my health and learning.
It meant releasing what the “experts” say to do and instead, listen to what felt good for me.
Only I know me – and only you know you.
I’m working with my rhythms and my motivations so that each day I’m moving closer to my dreams and goals and a creating better version of me.
I’m definitely feeling optimistic…
