Keep on keeping on

Keep doing the right things, long enough, consistently.

Persist. No matter what.

You may not see the results right away, but trust the process – and enjoy the process.

Focus on the long game, the bigger picture.

You will achieve your goals, you will bear the fruits of your labour, you will be who you want to become – if you keep at it.

Ensure that in addition to being consistent, that you are actually doing the “right” things.

In my world, that means first and foremost ensuring that you are working with things at an energetic level – and then taking action from that high vibrating space, from a place of Love.

Life can be filled with grace and ease if we’re open to it.

We can release our stories and do what we came here to do and be who we came here to be.

It takes commitment, fortitude, persistence, dedication and faith.

You’ve got to be willing to take the next step. Just one. And then another. And another.

Go as far as you can see – and when you get there, you’ll see further.

When you fall or “fail,”  you’ve got to be willing to get back up – even when you’re covered in mud – and begin again.

And don’t forget to celebrate all the little steps along the way.

Today was a day of celebration for me as I took what felt like a very big step towards a goal of mine.

I know that it has been the culmination of months and months of doing the right things and getting back up each time I fell off course. I wasn’t perfect about it, but I took many more positive steps forward and kept persisting.

Believe in yourself and your Self enough to keep going, until.
