Look for the good
There are people in my life who unfortunately I’ve let really trigger me.
They are my greatest gifts.
They show me where I still have work to do.
They are the ones, who I believe, “put up their hands” and were willing to help me to awaken and to evolve in certain areas.
I’ve had to work really hard to process my relationship and my interactions with them as well as how I respond or react to them; consciously looking for the good, reminding myself that they are here FOR me, and doing the energetic work underneath the stories I have created around them.
This places me in an empowered position as a creator – not a victim.
In addition to the very important energetic work, I love focusing on thanking them for being willing – to help me in my evolution – and to look so intently on the good that exudes from them, looking through to the Truth of their being.
I know people are good. I know people are a reflection of me. I know they are me – so how could they not be amazing beings.
What a fabulous game this game of life is. The trick is to not get caught up in the physical, to be able to pull away and sit in the “witness” or “observer” position so you don’t get sucked into all of the craziness. Take it lightly. Look for the good.
Remember that each of your “gifts” are the most beautiful, strong, capable, loving friends who are there to serve you in the most powerful, special way – ultimately to serve you in the greatest.
They love you so much that they are willing to do this for you.
To each of my gifts… I love you and thank you from every cell of my being and beyond.
