Push through

There are days – like today – where I don’t feel like myself and I’m having a hard time finding the motivation to get things done and would rather just call it a day.

But I’m pushing through.

I know I’ll feel better tomorrow knowing I got my workout in, knowing I wrote my blog, and got a win on my Power list. 

I’ll feel better having kept my word to myself.

So, I embrace what I’m feeling, reset with some fresh air and some breath work and get on with things.

Each win I get is another step closer to achieving my goals and another deposit in my self confidence account.

Each win brings me closer to becoming the person I want to be.

I just have to keep reminding myself that, and dig a little deeper on these days.
