Remember who brought you to the party
When I fall off track, one of the things that’s likely going to be true is that I knowingly – or unknowingly – stopped doing something that was critical to my outcome.
We each have those specific things in our life that contribute to our overall happiness, our health, our peace, our success – and our flow.
Obviously each decision we make contributes to how we’re feeling – physically, emotionally, mentally – and yet, there are going to be some key actions that are super important for you personally.
Perhaps you know what those key actions are consciously – or maybe they’re subconscious for you.
When you do find yourself off course, take time to assess what you’re doing differently.
You may not even realize that something is that important to your day to day success – until it’s missed and you find yourself off course.
Bringing awareness to what those actions are for you is important so you’re able to replicate more successful days and create the life you want, consistently.
Maybe it’s meditating or being in nature. Maybe it’s connecting with loved ones or finding some solitude. Maybe it’s working out. Perhaps it’s the type of foods you’re eating or how much water you’re drinking. Maybe it’s how much sleep you’re getting. Maybe it’s the music you’re listening to.
It could even be the time of day that you’re doing certain tasks that will totally impact your results – either positively or negatively – for example, meditating first thing versus at the end of the day.
Take the time to discover what makes you tick – what’s happening when you’re at your best – so you can design the ideal day for you to execute to ensure you’re getting optimal results in all aspects of your life.
And when you find yourself off course, having that awareness will help you quickly get yourself back on track and not continue the negative downward spiral.
