Thank you for setting me free

I so appreciate my persistence and commitment to my evolution – this is so much fun for me! With patience, curiosity and the willingness to learn, more is revealed.

Maybe I’ve heard it before but wasn’t ready.

Maybe it just needed to be said in a slightly different way or from a different person.

Maybe I was just committed to my story.

Maybe all of the above.

But when you ask and are open – the answers will be revealed!

I’ve been struggling with a specific challenge, one that I keep getting hit with over and over. I believe it’s one of my greatest opportunities to grow and one of my greatest gifts. I keep surrendering it because I love them so much and know with 100% certainty that they are here for my ultimate Soul growth.

The other day I read a quote by Epictetus that said, “Any person capable of angering you, becomes your master.”

Agreed. They are your gift. Your opportunity to grow and go deeper. Your assignment. They agreed to help you evolve and awaken, as Dr. Sue teaches in her concept of “The Bus Stop Conversation.” This is why it’s not personal and it’s happening FOR you.

I know, it’s all easy to say…

Today I received a beautiful distinction on these gifts that’s really got me excited!

I’m continuously going deeper on Dr. Sue’s teachings and apparently I was finally ready to hear more.

Dr. Sue invited us to see forgiveness as an offering of gratitude – thanking the person for showing you what you needed to do to set yourself free. If you had a reaction to something (anger, fear, etc.) they are revealing to you something inside of you that has been holding you back – keeping you from your ideal life and from your goals manifesting.

Consider this. When you are angered by someone (or insert whatever emotion you are experiencing) they are obviously not “making” you angry (disempowered thinking), that anger was already inside of you (empowered thinking). What if that person or situation occurred to reveal that anger to you, so that you could access that anger, then do the work to transform it?

It’s not the person or situation that makes you angry, they are merely activating that which is already within you.

Shining a flashlight on where you need to get to work!

Bringing it all to your conscious awareness.

In fact, because you have this anger deep inside of you, you’ll keep putting yourself in situations or attracting people who will trigger you – UNTIL you do the work to transform that anger.

What’s the work? For me, it’s getting present with the emotion, (which helps dissolve it), then “taking it to the body” as Dr. Sue teaches (which means I’m finding where that emotion is in my body, hugging it from the inside and taking several central channel breaths), then I do energy work to transform, balance and restore my body and the emotion using Non Material Source Energy Medicine, followed by some good ol’ forgiveness and gratitude.

So be on the lookout…

What are people actually helping to reveal for you that you now get to work on?

What’s deep inside of you that has been blocking your miracles?

Get excited. Be thankful.

Do the work and stop letting it hold you back.

It’s time to reveal your magnificence and the Truth of who you are!
