The way out is through

So much has been coming up for me over the past few months, only to be intensified by the last few days.

As I allow the feelings to arise and sit in the darkness, embracing all that is, I'm reminded that everything is happening FOR me.

I breathe into the uncertainty.

I give thanks for all of the brave truckers, protestors and supporters who value freedom and who have been a beautiful example to inspire the world.

I trust the process and know we are each supposed to be here at this exact moment - and that this is exactly how it's all supposed to unfold.

I send love to those who know not what they do - and even more to those who clearly do.

I'm grateful that through all of the insanity the world is waking up even faster and coming together in a demonstration of peace, love and unity.

I can feel my own heart opening and my walls coming down.

I see the errs of my ways.

This continues to teach me so much about the world and about myself.

What a beautiful and crazy time to be alive.
