What you believe is true
Our minds are incredibly powerful – certainly beyond what I can currently imagine.
It fascinates me that we can believe – or think – our way into health or sickness, into fear or love, into expansion or contraction.
Both extremes are possible depending on what you feed the mind and what you believe to be true – especially at an unconscious and subconscious level.
That’s why it’s so important to explore your current beliefs and work with the energy underneath the story, while ensuring that you are feeding your mind the “good stuff” and cutting out the “bad.”
I intentionally and consciously brainwash myself – everyday. I even sleep with audios most nights.
For me, cutting out the “bad,” means not watching anything with commercials and not watching or listening to the news.
A word of caution though – at night there is literally no filter, so whatever you are listening to may be accepted as true, so make sure you fully trust what you’re “installing.” Never fall asleep watching tv – especially the news or anything with commercials.
You’re being brainwashed too – but likely unconsciously, without your awareness and without your consent.
It’s been happening since you were in the womb.
Why do you think you believe what you believe? You may be surprised to find out that many of your beliefs are not even your own, but were adopted from your environment – your family, your school, your friends, etc.
Believing the “wrong” things can get you into trouble or even kill you.
Consider exploring your beliefs, bringing them to consciousness and see if they need some updating!
As Henry Ford said, “whether you think you can or you think you can’t – either way you are right.” That’s the power of belief.
My invitation to you would be to start listening, reading and watching content or messages that you want your brain to be filled with, from people you can fully trust and who have values you want to emulate.
Be proactive in your brainwashing.
Control the input so you can ensure a positive output.
Fill it to overflowing with goodness.
You are the gatekeeper to your mind. You are responsible for what you allow in.
