When there's nothing to say

Just start. 

Surrender the keyboard.

Get out the way and be a vessel for whatever shows up.

It may be short. It may be sweet. It may make no sense at all.

But just write. Show up. Continue the practice. 

There will always be better days than others. Days where there’s a burning topic. Days where words just seem to flow.

And on the days where you sit down and there doesn’t seem to be a message wanting to birth itself, just remember to start…
