Where to begin
Somedays I just have no idea.
I feel off track, pulled in various directions, and completely uncertain.
In those times – more than ever – I just return to breath.
I close my eyes, squeeze Mula Bandha, find my anchor points and follow my breath – in what Dr. Sue calls a heart coherence breath.
I give. I receive. It’s a beautiful exchange.
I’m reminded of the vastness and the abundance.
I’m reminded that I am connected with everything.
I’m reminded that I am in the Divine, the Divine is in me and we are all One.
I’m anchored in my body as the process brings me back home.
Breath is our one constant in life.
It’s Spirit. It is All That Is.
Without it, we’re nothing.
So I return to breath and begin.
