You control your environment
It’s a harsh reality, but without consciousness, we become our environment.
That means we need to bring awareness to what’s going on around us, and whom – or what – we’re allowing to influence us; the people, the thinking, the actions and the environment.
You get to choose who you spend time with, where you work, what activities you partake in and who you listen to.
You are at cause and you have many choice points within a day; many opportunities to choose you and choose your dreams.
Sometimes that means making tough decisions. Do you limit certain people or activities – or even completely eliminate them from your life? Do you stay or do you go?
Each decision you make accumulates over time either for or against you; closer to, or further away from your goals.
Choosing crappy foods everyday, over time, will give you a much different result than choosing to eat healthy foods – and likely steer you away from your goals.
Similarly, choosing to work in an environment that fills you with anger, stress and negativity, over time, will also have consequences over your mental and physical well being – and again steer you away from your goals.
You don’t have to fully eliminate unhealthy foods or people from your life as they can also be there to serve you, however, ensure you’re limiting them and filling the remaining time with an abundance of healthy and positive people, actions and environment that will support your goals and dreams – and ultimately support you in becoming the most magnificent version of you.
