Your body is always talking to you, but the question is – are you listening?

Or are you numbing out the messages with medication?

I currently have a migraine. They suck. But instead of taking medicine for it – I look to find the medicine in it – for me.

What’s the gift in it for me? What’s my body trying to communicate to me? What work do I need to do? How can I embrace it and love through it?

Avoiding the pain is missing an opportunity.

When your body is trying to get your attention, I recommend listening.

Better to deal with the whispers than the bricks.
