It's not the governments.
It's not your doctors.
It's not your employers.
It's not your neighbours.
It's not your family's.
It's not the celebrity or influencer du jour.
It's not the airlines.
It's not the restaurants.
It's yours.
Your health is nobody's business but your own.
So take responsibility.
Stop handing your power over.
It's not too late.
Choose to get healthy.
Make your health your top priority - because without your health you have nothing.
Take daily actions to be proactive.
Do your due diligence and make informed choices about what you put into your body.
Listen to your body - it's always giving you feedback - if you'll just learn to listen.
Take responsibility for each decision you've made regarding what you eat, what you drink, how you exercise, what and how you breathe, your quality of sleep and especially what you think.
And if you don't like your results, choose differently.
Honour the temple you were given for this lifetime.
Trust that the power that made the body heals the body.
Treat your body with the love and respect it deserves.
And remember to love and respect your brothers and sisters for the choices that they're making - because ultimately, their health is their responsibility - and none of your business.
